Greg started his career at ad agencies in Chicago and Columbus where he honed his design vision and learned to lead as a player-coach to creative teams. Prior to Werth, he designed and led teams for clients like McGraw Hill Education, Honda Motor Company, Procter & Gamble, McDonalds, MolsonCoors Brewing Company, and Whirlpool.
