A creative director with a law degree. Unusual in a PR firm but the perfect combination for Werth’s digital and creative lead, Jimmy Lump. Part inspired persuasion, part detailed argument. Part right brain, part left. All focused directly on client success.

Jimmy’s diverse background brings him a unique understanding of our clients’ critical business needs as well as the creativity to fulfill them. He starts with lots of questions for Werth clients: “What’s most important to your constituents?” “What do they value and what do they want to hear from you?” Each answer builds a foundation for the strategic approaches we recommend. His penchant for keeping up with the breakneck speed of digital change gives Jimmy a deft hand in guiding clients to the kinds of innovative solutions their constituents demand. He stays up-to-speed with digital trends—and pitfalls—because he’s found that the wisdom of knowing what not to do can provide more resources for strategies that move the needle.

Prior to Werth, Jimmy gained creative leadership experience as the Vice President of Brand for a Columbus agency. His work there focused on digital-first strategies, website creation, and brand development for clients like The Ohio State University, New York University, and Pearson Education.
