As Werth’s Project Manager, Nana enhances our entire team with skills and insights that allow us to apply our talents as effectively as possible to meeting our clients’ goals.

With degrees in psychology and organizational psychology and an extensive background in people and project management, Nana understands what makes a team successful and how to keep important work on track. Her clients include those in the industry sectors of health care, mental health, opioid and addiction as well as sustainability, energy and environment.

She is a certified Scrum Master, trained in the techniques of agile project management — breaking complex projects into smaller objectives, prioritizing them and producing deliverables in continuous, regular cycles. The approach was developed in the tech industry, and we’re excited to be able to put it to work for our clients.

Nana’s past work includes clinical mental-health settings and corporate support, managing cases and overseeing human resources strategies.
