A Rebrand That Changed an Industry's Story
Insuring Ohio Futures, the workforce development arm of the Ohio Insurance Institute, needed a major brand and website overhaul to better connect with the next generation of talent.
THE CHALLENGE
According to a 2023 Regionomics study, Ohio's insurance industry must fill over 100,000 positions by 2031. While Ohio's insurance companies offer some of the most lucrative and appealing employment opportunities, no one seemed to know about them. And with the persistent "boring" stereotype standing in the way, awareness was a serious challenge. Insuring Ohio Futures needed a fresh approach that would reframe the industry and get the next generation of talent paying attention.
OUR APPROACH
Drawing on over a decade of partnership with the Ohio Insurance Institute, Werth delivered a complete rebrand for Insuring Ohio Futures, including a new logo, key messaging, and website. The creative concept was rooted in the idea that "Insurance is Everywhere" and brought the industry's broad impact to life with interactive website elements across education, business and the community. With a modern design aesthetic, bold colors and dynamic illustrations, the new brand and website make it easier than ever for job seekers to get excited about the field and find their path forward.
