People remember 95% of a message when conveyed through high-quality video. That’s compared to only 10% retention from reading text. For entities trying to make an impact, video can be huge.
Most companies know they need video, but outsourcing can be extremely expensive. Many end up either skipping video entirely or making low-quality DIY attempts.
Werth solves that for our clients. Our in-house video team integrates seamlessly with our clients’ existing communications efforts. Since we already know your business, we create effective, high-impact professional videos faster and better than an outside production company, saving you time and money.

Recruitment Video Series
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office was in need of compelling content to attract young, diverse talent to its force. As part of an integrated campaign, Werth produced a series of dynamic videos highlighting daily life for current deputies. Promoted across various channels, these videos helped the office receive more job applicants than they ever anticipated.
National Continuing Education Course Modules
The Ohio Department of Commerce sought to develop a national continuing education course for financial advisors, focusing on how to best serve clients facing mental illness or addiction. Werth developed the curriculum, coordinated and conducted 20 expert interviews, and then edited the material into three comprehensive modules, totaling one hour.
Social Media Advertising
Not all video needs a camera. For Ohio REALTORS®, Werth developed a series of engaging animated videos to illustrate the many ways a REALTOR® adds value when buying or selling a home. Werth crafted the themes, wrote the scripts, developed the creative concepts, and edited these animated videos for digital promotion.
Workforce Recruitment Campaign
The ESC of Central Ohio needed to turn long, text-heavy job descriptions into something that young people would actually engage with. Werth created the “Make More” campaign which utilized animated videos with bright colors, bold text and concise messaging to get users’ attention and compel them to apply for our featured jobs.
Campaign Videos "Soy Has a Secret"
Werth collaborated with the Ohio Soybean Council to create a video series highlighting the unexpected uses of Ohio soybeans in a series called “Soy Has a Secret.” The first video focuses on product storytelling, revealing the backstory of an environmentally friendly cleaning product made with soybean oil. This part of the campaign follows the journey from a soybean farm in rural Ohio to a home where the product is used.
Another video in the series targets sports fans in Ohio by featuring Ohio State basketball players Bruce Thornton and Jaloni Cambridge. This video shows how Ohio's soybeans are key contributors to many industries, including athletics.

Non-profit Promotion
The Reeb Center in central Ohio serves as a central point where local residents can get their basic health, education and social needs addressed. Werth partnered with Reeb to produce a four-minute video that encapsulated the Reeb Center’s value through the personal stories of the Centers’ clients and employees. Werth interviewed three people and captured b-roll to tell the story, which was played at the Reeb Center’s annual event.
